Idaho's rulers (Cops, Big Ag, and LDS) have been trying to stifle the initiative process since neighboring states began passing #MedicalMarijuana laws. Then #ReclaimIdaho went and passed #Medicaid Expansion (which bought my knee!) and forced #Education funding via initiatives in successive elections. /1
