#SelfCare today looks like getting off work *on time* and granting myself the Monday holiday off into the bargain.

It's tempting to pretend I'm out and use that time to catch up on grading but I will not. I am tired, and I already have so many hours 'in the bank' that if I don't start reclaiming them I'll lose them.

OK, y'all, I figured out why my personal life--including my house and yard--is such a dumpster fire.

People, I worked over 30 hours -- thirty hours!! -- more than my contract calls for last month.

I simply cannot field "Is this available?" x3 then long periods of silence, it's nearly Xmas, my kid is out of school, freaking pay me or leave me alone. #ReclaimingMyTime
