#AI models rely on #inputs — as in #UserBehavior within a #product — to provide an #output — how the #experience changes for each unique #user. The challenge is determining which #events and #metrics to track and how to interpret them. With the right inputs, AI can enhance the #UserExperience in several ways, including 1) #recommendationAI, 2) #predictiveAI, and 3) #adaptiveAI.
