Seit ich ein Emoji auf #LinkedIn im Vornamen habe, taucht dieses auch in sogenannten InMails von Headhuntern auf.

Ich stelle mir gerade die Frage, ob es überhaupt irgendeinen Recruiter gibt, der sich ein Profil ernsthaft ansieht und dann wirklich eine persönliche Nachricht schreibt?

@Anneandstuff … or find you and suggest a role that you have left behind 10 years ago. Or want to hire a technical person as a recruiter (dafuq?). It's so clear they didn't even read through the profile *at all* before getting in contact.
