More home-baked bread; this time a recipe from Jack Sturgess's book 'Bread Every Day'. It's a dough with added grated oven-roasted red beet (and its juices), plus rum-soaked fruit and rosemary.
The end product does look spectacular; these two are for giving away, so I won't see the insides (or taste the bread) but I'll bake some for myself soonish.

I love to eat #redbeet my whole life. One very vivid memory of mine is the little me running to my mom telling her I'm bleeding out of my pee pee. She was so relaxed and just said: "no more beet, boy!". I was eating TONS of it.
It just came into my mind right again after I opened a glass of it. :blobcatwinktongue:
