I used to eat Red River cereal as a kid. It's good stuff, and I was surprised to see the love it/hate it comment. It's boring, I'll give it that, but so are oatmeal, cornmeal, cream of wheat, shredded wheat, bran flakes, corn flakes, pan cakes, whole-grain bread, etc. The really good stuff tends to be plainer in general.
