Today's #crochet project is this bag. It's made from leftover yarn from a blanket I made.
Tomorrow I'll be making the strap for it. I'm going to use it to keep my clothes pegs in, as the last one I made (from left over material from curtains I'd adapted when we moved house) about 20 years ago is finally falling to pieces.

Then people who need those can find you, and arrange pickup of a certain number of those items from you.

It doesn’t cost them more to make. If anything, replacement parts should be cheaper to make it easier and more affordable for us all to be greener by repairing and re-using instead of dumping. #Reduce #Reuse #Recycle in that order.

My family really likes to reuse things, so we are giving new life to these ~10 year old outdoor chairs by painting them and sewing new fabric seats. We thought the yellow was nice and bright 🌞 <3

While this is admirable. Please keep in minds the problem with plastics will continue because its manufactured. Getting rid of plastic cups, straws and bags is so you ignore the that the grocery store, the drugstores are filled with plastic. Single use plastics is just scratching the surface of the bigger problem.
