I think if anyone sent me to a re-education camp, I would afterwards feel even more hostile to the country that meted out this treatment.
I see no reason why anyone with an 'extreme hatred of Britain' should react any differently.
In fact, by holding them together in a group, this is presumably more likely to breed terrorist plots than discourage them?
