At the #ReedyCreek/CFTOD meeting tomorrow, the Board is going to consider a series of 92 findings to support a potential suit to invalidate the Agreements between #Disney and District.

Some of the findings are interesting if true, but I wanted to focus on one: consideration.

Looks like the #reedycreek / CFTOD Board might vote to sue #Disney next Wednesday.

To do that, they need to explicitly vote that they're disregarding/repudiating the contract, because otherwise Florida courts don't have jurisdiction to hear the matter because it's not yet an *actual* fight. Repudiating the contract gives the court jurisdiction.

So the #Florida legislature has filed its bill to try to undo the #Disney #ReedyCreek agreements that limited the new district's authority. Here's my breakdown on how I think it stands up.

As a reminder, there are two agreements at play: the Development Agreement which freezes land development regulations in place for 30 years, and the restrictive covenants, which severely restrict what the District can do with its own property. 1/?
