Like so often happens, this time too the expectations (or explanations) of right-wing politicians are completely separated from the actual reality.

Idk how in the hell would “you cannot make A DIME without it lowering your benefits” would encourage someone to try and find work. especially part-time.

Die wird um 4 Monate verschoben.

Wer eine nicht bezahlen kann, geht dafür ins . Weil das aber teurer ist als die Strafe selber, wird die Ersatzfreiheitsstrafe per halbiert. Bayern hat aber die verschlafen!

Eigentlich sollte die zum 1. Oktober in Kraft treten. Der hat den Stichtag aber nachträglich um vier Monate auf den 1. Februar 2024 verschoben. Dies geschah bereits Anfang Juli, was aber niemand mitbekam, weil die in einem Gesetz zur -terverkehrsstatistik versteckt wurde und deshalb der des Bundestags federführend war. Erst die Bundesarbeitsgemeinschaft machte jetzt auf
die Verschiebung aufmerksam
