Been chasing a partial refund for non delivery of goods (it was a big order) and the seller did not respond to my email, sms or took my calls over several days. :blobcat_upset:
Since I paid with PP I activated case through their system and bingo - suddenly my refund was issued within the hour! They must have a bit of clout because just one message from them got attention.

During this breakdown in service, Southwest has promised it will reimburse travelers for alternate forms of transportation which includes coach class flights taken on other airlines.
