This morning I #registered for fall classes at #PennStateWorldCampus, the university I'm attending. I'm planning to get a B.S. in #InformationSciencesAndTechnology. I'll be taking two classes: my first IST course called #IST110 Introduction to Information, People, and Technology, and a general ed course: #CHEM5: Kitchen Chemistry, which relates cooking to chemistry, so my mom and I are going to use it to get me cooking. I’m very excited for another chance at college!

Have states hold primaries in order of the #turnout percentage of #registered #Democrats in the previous general #election.

The better the general election turnout, the earlier they get to choose delegates.

Incentivize turnout. Reward #participation.
