In continuing to clear out old accounts / site registrations I have realised I had a Photobucket account.
And they don't have a "delete account" button, you have to submit a form. #websites #registrations

I'm going to attempt to stay here and hope for the best. Hopefully #TechhubSocial scales well and/or #registrations are closed at a point where it can't continue to vs just focusing on growth and user base while ignoring these very common issues we all as #endusers experience.

When i said i may leave entirely, it was admittedly out of frustration last night. It's getting old, the same things repeating, moving, things going well, things degrading, and then being broken.

When users don't get #notifications on #Mastodon because an #instance can't #scale well but #registrations remain open, it makes this an awful choice for #SocialMedia.

How can one be #social if / when they can't respond or never even know when someone is replying to them, when a #conversation begins or ends? This is an obvious issue but often goes unaddressed. Users simply tell each other to #migrate and the problem never truly gets resolved because they migrate to another instance with it too.
