I can't help but be angry. People have been recommending that I get a #neuropsych evaluation done. From what I can tell, it basically only benefits me in regard to stupid-ass #SSA. As someone who's been told to eat shit repeatedly over my lifetime, & has gone through the pain of basically doing my own #rehab for 2 #TBIs, I'm livid. Ah, NOW people "care". Right. The benefit isn't nothing, but it rings incredibly hollow. You can be dying and SSA will insist all the docs are wrong. 🙄 #NEISvoid

Before the pandemic I was working up to longer bike rides, with the goal of doing a 60 mile round trip two-day ride. I managed a few 20 mile rides, and I was really proud. With my whole double covid pneumonia-hospitalization thing, getting on a bike wasn't my priority--hitting the gym to improve my lungs & strength was... so I haven't been biking for awhile. But I'm restarting my bike training tomorrow, with maybe a leisurely three miles or so. I have no idea what to expect!!!

ppl wanna think of themselves as good, decent people (not Putin or other psychopaths, but the 99%), and since they've done wrong (anyone has), that kind of cognitive concepts could just cut it.

it may be thought as sin,

or as a cannibal monster spirit Weetiko / Windigo,

or as a "mind virus",

or as an addiction, just like alcohol, drugs or other addiction,

these are at least the ones i've came by.

Getting back to a more regular training schedule but it's hard to find the motivation when forbidden to workout as I'd like to. Calf is not hurting anymore but the range of motion is still limited.

And I can't do any high impact or high intensity exercises 😩. Patience is not my strongest point, I have to admit.
