The number of times I have to say/think the phrase "I know they didn't mean anything by it" when my gets triggered by something innocuous but still wildly invalidating should earn me actual money because it's so much labor

I had taken for granted, more or less, that rejection sensitivity dysphoria (RSD) is an identifiable thing, usually associated with ADHD

So I was interested to see videos online criticising William Dodson’s one-psychiatrist campaign for its (literal) treatment as a medical condition

Currently experiencing a bout of or and swinging between disassociation, disaster planning, and despondency. All it took was some subtle changes to people's behaviour, some overwhelm from work & space for the loneliness & isolation to creep in (I'm not the most befriendable ) & the damn thing bites me on the bum. As a kid I was just thought to be highly strung or over sensitive, so at least I have a name for it now.
