Not all situations in life inspire to a happy or funny artwork. I tend to have judging, degrading thoughts about myself in almost every situation no matter how insignificant. And these thoughts are a heavy burden that sap off my energy.

I‘m still learning to understand that these thoughts are just a product of my low self-esteem and that they shouldn‘t have this impact on me. But it‘s hard to let go.
