#Reload did entertain me better than Load, plus it almost has a thrash song on it. So I'm giving it a 2,5 out of 5 which means: Solid, won't listen to it again.

I don't know why, but I really like Carpe Diem Baby. It's a great hard rock song with a smooth vibe to it. It also made my head nod a bit.

In general, so far I like #Reload much bettern than #Load, but I'm only halfway through of course. Load started to bore me at this point (exception: Ronnie).

Was given an #xboxone and told if I could resurrect it I could keep it. All it needed was new storage, so I’m #attempting to #reload the #OS into it.

I primarily use #Linux (#rhel9 currently) and so naturally I’m giggling at the idea of booting any #Windows to load #NTFS formatting tools. I used #gparted to format the drive, let’s be real.

Anyhoo. Waiting on #fuse-ntfs to get around to finishing the actual transfer. #rsync was done 3 minutes ago xD

I was debating on writing a script that could clock transfer speeds and know if it was fuse-ntfs3g to put a sleep timer on it (doing math to figure out the time) and then just alert me when it “finishes” so I can check it.

So. Jetzt hab ich also schon für's nächste Jahr Festivalkarten und nun sagt mein bester Kumpel, mit dem ich sonst immer gefahren bin, ab.

Leider kenne ich sonst keinen weiteren metalhead in meiner direkten Bekanntschaft, der sich in unserem Alter (ich: 51) noch auf ein Festival "wagt". 😞

Wacken ist mir zu viel Leutz und Kommerz und sprengt einfach mein Budget. Davon mal ab ist mir die Kartenkauferei dort zuwider ... 🫣

Bevor ich nun alleine fahren muss, was ich höchstwahrscheinlich nicht machen werde, auch wenn ich im allgemeinen recht anschlussfreudig bin, und bevor ich die Karte weiterverkaufen werde, dachte ich, ich frag einfach mal, ob Anschluss möglich/denkbar ist?!

Hab ein großes Zelt (mit zwei getrennten "Kabinen" und einem Mittelbereich) und fahre von ca. Rendsburg bis Sulingen mit dem Auto (UP), könnte also noch 1 Person mitnehmen (Benzin wird geteilt, waren idr. Ca 20-25€) ... Umweg wäre sicher kein Problem, lässt sich alles absprechen. Für Musik am Zelt kann ebenfalls gesorgt werden (hab mir ne dicke Box gebaut)

Es stehen sicher noch nicht alle Bands fest, aber hier gibt's einen Überblick:

Ticket kostet 140€ und dafür gibt's 3(evtl sogar 4) Tage auf die Ohren.
Das Festival hat in den letzten Jahren so ca 10-12.000 Besucher gehabt, ist aber was das infield angeht sehr geil übersichtlich und nicht überfüllt. Man kommt in der Regel ohne Probleme bis an die Bühne ran, wenn man möchte 😉
Also altersgerecht 🤣

Achso: Ich bin bisher immer einen Tag vorher angereist, dann bekommt man noch halbwegs gute Plätze.
Würde es aber diesmal nicht drauf ankommen lassen wollen, daher wäre ggf nochmal 10€ für einen Tag früher am den Veranstalter fällig (glaube das wird vor Ort bezahlt), für Toilette und das bereitstellen von Essen etc.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt's vor Ort genug, muss allerdings per Auto am Anreisetag erledigt werden, da man sonst Gefahr läuft nicht mehr vom Gelände bzw wieder zurück zu kommen (also mit Auto, wie gesagt).
Zu Fuß ist mir das zu weit zum schleppen ;) (ca. 2-4 km)

А вот дальше анонсировали первую настольную королевскую битву в стиле Fortnite - RELOAD.

Королевские битвы были и раньше, но тут все как в видеоигре: сжимающееся поле, остров, разное вооружение. После гибели одного персонажа - берем нового. Звучит забавно.
