Well, it's a lot better. But there's still the tiniest bit of friction when inserting a thin piece of cardboard in the clearance...

If I can find some suitable material, maybe I can run a thin spacer bar between the 2 keyboard mounts to elevate the upper keyboard frame juuust a few millimetres.
