Feel free to #RemindMeOfThis in July/August. It doesn’t need a lot of domain specific expertise. It already happened last summer. But this winter was even worse. Far less snow in the mountains. Lakes and rivers in France far below last years levels. Already now villages and cities dependent on water delivery. And the growing season on the fields hasn’t really started.
