I rediscovered a documentary about earthing and it’s benefits, something I hadn’t seen in a while, I remember I saw it with some old friends who have since moved state. Every couple of days I visit my mother, we have a catch-up, something to eat, & watch a film or TV show together. Yesterday when I called there, I asked if we could look through some old photos, which was actually prompted by a brief conversation here. We spent the evening, looking through old photographs & reminiscing, it was really nice looking back, flicking through old albums & loose photos, seeing my Mum's face light up, laughing & sharing little stories. #JoinIn #reminisce

Looked at tickets I've participated in or created at #WordPress Trac over the years. Quite a lot of these are in limbo. Some are older than my kids.

This year I've barely participated in the WordPress community.

I attribute this to a change in work, but also to a lack of WordPress enthusiasm. It feels pointless to me, contributing to an #OpenSource project while contributions are ignored for whatever reasons. Kind of miss the days of the wp-hackers mailinglist.
