I can think of one easy, ICE-related measure which would reduce our transportation carbon footprint, and which has not been implemented here. It's not going to cut our emissions by 25%, but every little bit helps, right? That's why Canada, with 1.5% of the world's emissions, is working so hard at it.

Ban automobile remote-start functionality! By definition, it's empty vehicles idling, which is already illegal in some places.
