A friend of mine is a cheesemaker and he tries to blend the #malaysian into it. He's got a #rendang cheese. Kind of a take on a #cheddar but with the spices of the dish (no meat) LOL

@LyndalPN I made beef #rendang from scratch a few weeks ago, and I have enough paste in the freezer for another batch.
Because I was using cheap meat & a #pressurecooker, I had to spend quite a while reducing the sauce once the meat had tenderised.
Also, I need to have a word with my food stylist:
