Last week I decided to let out a spare room in our home 🏡 within 5 minutes we were inundated. We found our house mate easily. There are loads of professional young people out there struggling to find affordable rentals. Some are young people moving from other states or the country to the city. Others are in their mid 30s and coming out of relationships, others still coming from overseas. We had some requirements - must be pet friendly as we have 3 cats and a dog. #affordablehousing #sydney #RentalShortage
