I've just done our tax return (form 11) via ROS. As far as I can tell, the rent relief options are not there yet, so I'll have to do an amended version when they are. I've enquired about it via their secure messaging, but haven't heard back yet.

You can also amend your personal allowance details for 2023 so it's included in your tax code. But when you go to do so, there's a banner saying it won't be available until February.
