If I were to describe the United States, I would say it's a nation forged in the fire of risk and built on it's citizen's collective memories.

Because I learned programming in C, my tendency is to reach for a “for” loop when I need my program to do something n times, regardless of language. However, Kotlin has some very nice syntactic sugar: the “repeat()” function.
