My view—you touch on something crucial with "immortal". As the world is hellbent on becoming dystopian scifi I'd note that #BladeRunner #replicants like our large corporations, were useful but dangerously powerful artificial "persons" whose mal-potential was contained only by their short lifespan.
A useful reform would be to put a hard expiration on #corporate charters at the end of which it's "time to die." If a #corporation is a person, he doesn't get to live forever.
