The Rescue Force, part of the United Fire-Defense Agency deals with disaster too extreme for normal rescue teams.

Of course, sooner than later they start to deal with Disaster Generation Devices, the machines used by the villains.

Is a fun show, not the best, but well done and entrtaining. Oh yes, and then we have the one and only Captain Eiji Ishiguro/R5.
