As I said, this will be the second iteration of the course, and I think everyone's intention is that this becomes a standard fixture in the ARMA training and development programme, running annually.

#introduction a bit more on my professional side. Many years ago I got a PhD in #PoliticalTheory but since then I've work across disciplines in #ResearchDevelopment. Somehow I ended up back in an academic role for a bit as Dean of #Research and now I'm working with the Centre for Effective Services - an NGO that works on #EvidenceBased Policy. It's really a coming together of all my experience, and I think something we need more of in #Ireland
