FYI covid deniers: Nobody wants to be ill. Now I am desperate to recover further and for others to improve the way I did. It's hell knowing millions are stuck in the same state I was and that I got better through things most won't have had a chance to try.

I'm very happy for me! But I want this for all of us! Not just those of us who were lucky and had the mental energy to research what might work, willingness to self-experiment (ahem, ADHD) and money to invest in it. #ResearchLongCovid
