Unanimous decision of #UKSupremeCourt that #ScottishGovernment canNOT introduce a Bill relating to #reservedmatters, in this case a lawful #IndyRef2 referendum. The proposed Bill has more than a ‘lose connection’ to reserved matters, i.e. the Union and UK Parliament. The Bill therefore relates to reserved matters and the #ScottishParliament cannot legislate on Scottish independence.
