Fwiw this person could automatically be sent to Rwanda if the was actually workable and legal(?).
Even the existing routes are a mess. The delay in setting up the #resettlementscheme for Afghan refugees, many of whom had helped the UK for years, led to many fleeing on their own accord and heading to Calais. It's shameful.
