Your body is such an amazing and beautiful machine in this world created by god which is not even comparable to any other machines created by humans.

Respect your body and listen to its indications. Stop when it asks to stop. Don't abuse it by generating wrong movement patterns and over challenging it going beyond a certain extent.

Mind my words, most people don't even understand what it takes to challenge your body's abilities in the right way. Get into racing or any sport to a very serious extent even if it's recreational and feel the intricacies, you will get the point.

It's not easy for sure, but it's doable if you have will, patience and resilience to sustain over longer terms.

Gave a talk about legal concerns with municipal stormwater utilities yesterday to a room of engineers and flood managers. Really like working for an interdisciplinary institute where we can approach complex issues from different perspectives. I think integrating concepts of legal authority at the start makes for more efficient project planning. And I’m always learning new things!
