My mom used to make this when I was a kid, peach cobbler.
Absolutely love this made with fresh peaches. Oh so wish I could make this. Not many fresh peaches in Alaska.

If you have not tried tofu egg scramble, well they are pretty good. Had some left over in frig and made pretty good sandwich for lunch.
I do not use the blk salt but do like to add fresh garlic, onion and sometimes bell pepper.
Good alternative to eggs, less fat, no cholesterol.

I know these are terrible for you but I had the real churros at Mexican restaurant yesterday for my birthday. Hot churros with ice cream n chocolate sauce. It was wonderful let me tell you.

I ran across this resipie that you can make at home. Not exactly what I had at restaurant but I am going to give it a go and see how it is.
