Feeling my heart sinking when I see my partner putting on his white tshirt. This tshirt is nice and could be enjoyed but instead that is the one he wears to go to vigils after a cyclist’s death #Berlin streets. The last time was only 2 weeks ago!

Accidents do happen but not all of them have to happen and not all of them have to kill or ruin lives.

We just had a “disagreement” (aka driver exercising road rage and road violence in the street endangering us and others) and amongst the horn honking and screams his point was “you want to save the world” as a justification for his violent and dangerous behavior.

I would love to save the world but right now I am just trying to make it home alive and well and the fact that drivers don’t even consider that is outrageous and extremely scary.

Cities say they need money for being more livable. Well I t’s easy: go in the streets, don’t turn a blind eye, apply the law, and fine all the mindless stuff car and truck drivers are pulling.
Rinse and repeat, and profit.
