They wax lyrical about #walkableNeighbourhoods while making #suburban streets so awful and #characterless that you wouldn't actually get any #restorative benefit from #walking in them!

To understand why walks in nature are beneficial to #publicHealth we need to go back one step.

The #bigTrees are beneficial for many reasons, #airQuality, #biodiversity etc, but #restorativeEnvironments have visual detail aspect too.
