- I'm blunt, and I can take bluntness in return, "honesty" over tactful respect…

Most people are accustomed to retributive justice and thus constrict defensively when any of their conduct gets flagged. How can we acclimate people to #restorativejustice such that they can keep a more collaborative, appreciative mindset when complaints about their conduct arise?

If that's not clearer, I'll think of another wording…
