I tackled this monster today. Practiced in clear for this one. Teeny tiny 8 mm #ruby. Just play it cool, just another job. Used only 3, expensive 5 foot #glass tubes- not bad!

Its neat how bending deep allows you to be able to squeeze in details and just dip everything in #paint. Bent #text standing on edge was a method benders at wholesale shops would use to check for straightness- this passes the test with two lines!

Today I tried bending the tricky bit to an art piece I have been looking at for a bit. Not perfect, but it IS doable.... While it is made with scraps of warm white, that pretty pink glow is the color of air getting in- I think one of my welds has a leak.
Gotta get some more 8mm. I usually despise bending this small commercially, but it does unlock neat tiny possibilities!
