The arrival of Trumpism is what I’ve resolved to term the ROAR: Renaissance Of American Racism. Perhaps “Resurgence Of American Racism” would be more accurate; virulent racism in America never died. It laid low, remained quiet, ostensibly dormant, but alive, alert — less conspicuous, seething, growing, waiting for the right time to fully resurface.
