#Adhd means that I have not been focusing today. At 15:47 I am about to eat the yogurt I took out of the fridge for breakfast (can't stand things too cold) and forgot about. Tea will be about 6. Also I forgot about lunch. When I was at work people would start eating and if remember. Being #retired removes the structure of my day.

@lzvolk it seems to me that the goal here is to follow the “scientific process”. I would surmise that their initial goal would be to find a foundational measure that would basically be an average value for an average person.

It’s from that baseline that I would imagine that they would compare individual deviations from the norm, so that they might more specifically address a distinct problem

At least that’s how we would have done it in my former field
