The best part of being retired from an IT career is not having to continuously chase technology.

I feel like I’ve spent my entire life learning new shit only to have it become obsolete five minutes later. Services, protocols, programming languages, procedures. It all applies.

It’s frustrating and I’m really happy I don’t have to deal with it on a daily basis anymore.
