I have 2 albums of postcards from around the pre-WW1 time period. Both are entirely filled with postcards of churches, mostly English, some French. I draw some from time to time.
I'm also practicing with dip pens. I found a postcard with lots of lines and decided to give it a try!

I have no night or day, no day of the week, almost no month of the year. All blend almost seemlessly into each other, and are interchangeable. The world never sleeps. Only considerations really are the amount of light and the weather - and even those are more and more being brought under control. Utopia? Long may it last

I may need saving, I’ve fallen down the bright and light and oh so pretty hole that is Kmart online shopping and FB hack groups.

On the flip side for the first time in many years my house is slowly getting styled, I have a lovely rug, cool side and coffee tables, lovely lamps, and finally photos and art work is getting sorted to go on the wall.

I must say though that there are some really cool and clever hacks, of which I’ve done a few.

I don’t think I’ll share my hacked items on FB as I like colour and all of their homes have white furniture and decor. #retirementlife #retirement
