Saw this on LinkedIn, where a lot of comments say “We’ll see more of this now that employers have more leverage!” …Why? MANY people do better work, are more productive, and have higher morale when they don’t have to go into an office. Also (sorry to be a spoilsport): COVID is not over!

What great benefit are these companies chasing, that they all want to DEMAND a return to the office, just bc they can? Feels like pointless power tripping.
