Kinzhal cruise missiles are hypersonic, nuclear capable, with a claimed range of 2,000 km. The Russians however, just seem to launch these MiG-31Ks to try to make Ukrainians nervous. In the midst of a big raid, they're the least of our worries. A mere irritation.
