Even though it's 2023 and I really want to be #minimalist on #clutter, I still have paper magazines + newspapers because as a kid I used to voraciously devour (and absorb information from) my parents' national geographics* and now one of my kids will literally read anything on paper lying around at breakfast, but if it was on a screen would end up watching YouTube instead...

@gub oui c'est trop compliqué. D'abord faut une offre mastodont référencé a l'UGAP (ce qui n'existe pas). Ou un cabinet de conseil ( genre mackinsey) qui fasse une etude de marché pour une solution de communication interministérielle. Puis un appel d'offre sera emis et surement confier a un groupement de société (Orange/ Capgemini/Thalès) pour la construction d'une offre certifié #RGS et #SecNumCloud .
Puis pour une somme indécente le serveur sera relié a #franceconnect ...

#CNIL : Ce qui est extrêmement étonnant avec cette affaire autour du logiciel #AdmissionPostBac de l'Éducation Nationale, c'est que le #RGS, le #RGI, le #RGAA et... la loi Informatique et Liberté s'imposent aux développements du ministère. Donc ce dernier ne peut pas avancer l'excuse de ne pas être au courant.

Normalement un téléservice de l'administration a obligation mettre en œuvre le #RGAA (accessibilité, ce qui est déclaré effectif dans les https://frama.link/jDEswXx6) et le #RGS (sécurité). De plus l'accès à ce formulaire nécessite un contrôle d'accès, lui aussi sans chiffrement de communication ?
Le budget informatique de la préfecture des #Yvelines aurait-il subit des coupes sombres ?
