Great to see Sequenceserver’s interface for custom BLAST searches directly integrated into Rhodoexplorer and helping to provide greater access to red algal genomes. This is a really important project improving access to genomic data!

On trouve cette #algue rouge comme parasite spécialisée de la précédente algue rouge : Metacallophyllis laciniata.
Elle se rencontre (avec de bons yeux) en Atlantique Nord, en Méditerranée et dans le Pacifique : c'est le callocolax discret.
