That last bottle moment arrives again. Generally speaking, I have been having great luck. This is just gorgeous. It is certainly mature, and I don't think it gets any better. But it is nowhere close to dying and I could wish for more. It needed about an hour to wake up and then it kept getting better in the glass.
Silky, complex, beautiful and still lively.
