It turns out the correct term for what I was asking for is #scansion of #poeticmeter, and yes, there is an AI that does this!
I found this handy online scansion editor at http://www.logical.ai/arma/ and plugged in a verse from "Paragraph President" by the mighty #Blackalicious, results in the screenshot. Success!
There must be an #API for this, so any #developer thinking of making a #rhyming #texteditor for #poets, #lyricists, and #songwriters could call on that.

Full marks to people answering 'Dog and Bone' = Phone which is possibly one of the most widely known #Cockney #phrases.
As a teenager, my father would often tell me to get my Barnet cut - derived from Barnet Fair = hair.
