#Putin has changed the commander of troops in #Ukraine
#SergeiSurovikin was dismissed from the post of commander of the joint group of troops in #Ukraine, Chief of the General Staff of the #RussianFederation #ValeryGerasimov was appointed to this position. Surovikin is now his deputy, "#RIA_Novosti" reports with reference to the #Russian Defense Ministry.
The Ministry called this rotation "raising the level of leadership of the special operation".
