@LaVisch I wonder if the rib intervals are too close to the body pattern. Would K6P work? Or too similar? Try a K3P2. Or KrP2? Or (bit radical) add a demarcation row in a totally different stitch. Perhaps like this? Can send stitch if wanted.

Tea cozy continues. Didn't like my first attempt at patterning so ripped out a couple rows and did them over. I was given these reds and golds by a kind knitting friend. Trying to determine if I have enough to make a vest. Each time I start a stranded knitting piece I am reminded how much I love it. Really, why do I do anything else? Maybe it's time to specialize.
