"Democracy" and "freedom", despite being loaded terms that mean different things to different people, have a rather positive connotation in people's minds.

So in that regard I am more inclined to follow #RichardWolff with his "democracy at work" idea: https://www.democracyatwork.info/ This reframes socialism into terms that people can understand, and in my eyes is a very effective first step towards dismantling the capitalist system.
